DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

RETURNING NON-FAULTY PRODUCT(S)
If you have received product that is not the right size or colour or you have changed your mind and wish to return it, please contact us at sales@cunasonline.com within 30 days, quoting your full name, order number and a description of the issue. We will inform you of the next steps by email. The right to cancel must be exercised on or before the end of the thirtieth day, following delivery of the goods.
To qualify for a full refund the product must be unused and in its original packaging with instructions. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of goods that have been used.
Please do not send any product back without sending an email to us first: sales@cunasonline.com. The returns shipping address will be advised by email. Please note that product returns are not able to be accepted in person.
RETURNING DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)
If the product is defective and it is within the 2-year warranty period (the guarantee on the item is calculated from the original purchase date), then please contact us at sales@cunasonline.com quoting the order number and your full name and we will advise you of the next steps.
Should you need to return a damaged or defective product to us, the postage will be reimbursed once we are in receipt of the product and we have confirmed that the product is defective or damaged (through no fault of the customer). Further details will be issued to you via sales@cunasonline.com with regard to returning the product and which courier service we would recommend.
HOW TO RETURN MY PRODUCT?
In order to return your order, please contact our support team via email at sales@cunasonline.com. Our support team will respond by email to your query within 24 hours, Monday to Friday during working hours. We will require your full name, order number and a description of the issue.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE REFUND?
We will inform you via email once we issue a full refund for your order. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5 working days.
